Terms of Use for MsoPak

By downloading, accessing, or using MsoPak, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to your use of the MsoPak app, website pages related to the app, and public legal documents published for the product.

MsoPak is a language-learning application designed to help users practice German through features such as chat, speaking practice, flashcards, and progress-based learning tools.

The app is provided as a software service for educational support. It is not a certified academic institution and does not guarantee a specific language exam result, employment result, or fluency outcome.

Access to some app features may require authentication through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Apple account and any device used to access MsoPak.

If Apple provides a private relay email or limited profile information, MsoPak may rely on that information only to the extent needed to support account access and app functionality.

Purchases, subscriptions, and renewals are handled by Apple through App Store billing and related Apple payment systems where applicable.

MsoPak does not store your payment card number or card security details in its own database. Billing, refunds where allowed, and payment method management are generally controlled through Apple under Apple policies and terms.

Certain learning information, including flashcard progress, practice state, and similar usage details, may be stored locally on your device to improve continuity and app performance.

You understand that removing the app or clearing local storage may remove some locally saved progress unless a separate sync or backup feature is made available.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy the service in a way that violates applicable law, or use the service to generate unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

You are responsible for how you use any learning suggestions, generated responses, or practice content made available inside the app.

The MsoPak app, branding, design, and related content are owned by or licensed to MsoPak, except for third-party technology and platform rights that remain with their respective owners.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its underlying intellectual property to you. They only grant a limited, revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

MsoPak may change, suspend, or improve features at any time. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MsoPak disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MsoPak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or inability to use the app.

MsoPak may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
